My client is recruiting for a Sales Administrator / Order processor vacancy , this a 6 months maternity contract

Location:- Alfreton

Salary:- GBP18K

Hours of Work:- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.20pm

The role will consist of the following duties:-

  • Inputting data and processing orders
  • Be able to work on spreadsheet
  • Taking Phone calls and dealing with queries
  • Post, incoming & out going
  • General Office Duties, Photo copying, Filing etc.
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Stock control
  • Managing stock

The ideal candidate will possess or have experience of the following:-

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Friendly, polite and helpful.
  • The ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Marketing & Website experience
