Customer Services Officer x 2

The RZ Group is currently working closely with a large Financial Services company who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Officer. If you have a strong Customer Service background within a contact centre and have good administration skills. This could be the perfect role for you. If you have any experience or knowledge of the Mortgage Industry then that would be a big advantage.

There are 2 roles available at the moment, 1 in is a permanent position and 1 is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquire
  • Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
  • Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
  • Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division
  • Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times
