Key responsibilities: The Head of Digital & Brand is part of the Communications & Brand Team and reports the Director of Communications & Brand. The team is based in London and Birmingham. • Working with the Director of Communications & Brand, create and implement an integrated international digital and brand strategy • Lead and manage the Digital and Design teams • Manage the firm's brand and design agencies • Prepare and manage the firm's Digital, Brand and Design budgets • Act as Digital and Brand lead for Eversheds Sutherland International • Act as Digital and Brand ambassador for Eversheds Sutherland • Lead the development of an online content strategy that effectively delivers firm messages, relevant content and information to clients, prospects and key stakeholders with the objective of generating deeper client relationships, acquiring new clients and driving revenue Skills and experience: • Significant experience of digital and brand at a senior level within a corporate environment, preferably with experience of the professional or financial services industries • Significant experience of developing and implementing international brand and digital strategies • Significant experience of brand management • Significant experience of social media • Experience of building, leading and managing teams, ideally internationally • Experience of preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and phasing expenditure across the year • Experience of bringing brands to life digitally, encompassing excellent UX and design skills and analytics Key competencies: • You will be a highly experienced senior brand and digital professional with a demonstrable track record of success • You will have an excellent understanding of all areas of the professional services marketing mix and understand how digital and brand supports and drives revenue growth • You will have outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal • You will be a very experienced manager, able to bring teams together and motivate and inspire them • You will be confident working in virtual teams and with colleagues in multiple jurisdictions, and be culturally sensitive and aware • You will need to be able to synthesize complex, technical material and bring it to life for non-technical experts both internally and externally • You will be both persuasive and tenacious with an ability to influence and build consensus • You will support and promote Eversheds Sutherland's core values and act as a brand ambassador for the firm • You will need strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships and credibility both within the organisation and externally • You will need to be able to work independently and have strong project management skills with an ability to move projects from concept to launch, and the confidence to handle multiple, often competing, deadlines • You will be a skilled problem-solver, able to think and react quickly, analytically and creatively in a dynamic business environment Applications must be received no later than Friday 8 September.
