About the role: • This is a pivotal role within the Credit Marketing team • You will be responsible for analysing the performance of our credit business. • Tasked with identifying and maximising opportunities • You will be integral to the design of data driven, optimised marketing plans • You will be instrumental in defining logical processes as part of the CRM strategy, demonstrating outstanding commercial acumen About you: • You will need to have strong SQL skills and advanced excel skills • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with experience in analysing large quantities of data and have outstanding communication skills to present reports to senior management • You'll need an expert understanding of using customer data and targeting to support the delivery of effective, integrated campaigns • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to contextualise information by thinking laterally • Knowledge of a range of marketing techniques, including personalisation, would be an advantage • Ability to demonstrate a logical thought process, be a good problem solver as well as drive, commitment and flexibility in a fast paced changing environment In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits with a relocation package available.
