What are we looking for?
An experienced administrator who displays the ability to be flexible whilst working under pressure to frequent deadlines. Someone highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident in a range of ICT packages including the use of databases and excel. You will need to demonstrate an eye for detail, and a thorough and methodical approach. You will possess a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to approach challenging situations in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Process documents and correspondence using Microsoft products and a knowledge of PICS and be able to create, input, store, organise and manipulating data and reports.
- Use company databases for recording keeping and report writing as directed.
- Possess proof reading skills for checking documents for accuracy.
- Undertake the auditing processing of Futures direct and sub-contractor’s data for a number of government funded contracts.
- Ensure the working environment including meeting rooms and stationery areas are kept tidy and appropriately stocked with relevant materials.
