Housing Tenancy Worker Malvern Salary GBP11,362 - GBP12,624 Hours: 25hr 25min per week as part of a rota Contract: Temporary - 12 months About the role This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a really worthwhile Housing Related Support service for young people in Worcestershire who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, who may have additional support needs in order to access and maintain suitable accommodation. Working as part of a core team providing 24 hour site based staffing to support young people living at the Foyer, and other accommodation in the local area. You will provide regular person centred support based on individual support needs to help them achieve the skills to move on to independent living, and access education, employment or training. Your primary location will be The Malvern Foyer providing support in the local community as required. You will therefore need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle for work. Hours per week are averaged over a 4 week period as per rota, day shifts 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, evening shifts 5 pm - 11 pm. The role involves providing housing related support and tenancy management to Foyer residents and other young Fortis tenants in the local area, age 16-21 years. All candidates will be required as part of these roles to provide cover in the absence of other colleagues within the service on a flexible basis.
