THE COMPANY: Our client are a family run, child-centred organisation, founded in 1994, who are dedicated to providing continued support and guidance. With 30 children's homes across the UK, they strive to ensure everyone is treated as an individual and their specific needs are met.

THE ROLE: Support Worker (Fostering) - Greater Birmingham area
Supporting foster carers to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people
Initial calls and visits with prospective foster carers
24/7 support for foster carers you support (weekend responsibilities shared with team)
Working flexibly to achieve outcomes for children and young people
Conducting training for foster carers
Key Responsibilities to include: Support Worker (Fostering) - Greater Birmingham area
Energetic, passionate and determined to succeed
Ability to work flexibly
Desire to be part of an IFA which is growing and developing
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purpose essential
Candidates with experience in residential child care settings and frontline practice preferred but not essential
Prior experience of working with vulnerable children and young people highly desirable

*Starting pay will depend on experience. There are opportunities to progress up to Team Leader.*
