This job will be with working in a long-established family business that aims to provide top quality meats and deli products with excellent customer service.
This job will involve:
- Serving customers meat and deli products, preparing, cutting and butchering meat for counters and other products, packaging and labeling meat and deli products.
- Keeping to company standards through health, hygiene and daily cleaning routines.
- Some early morning starts.
Experience and skills essential for the job:
Experience in butchering which includes boning carcasses, cutting and preparing all meats. Excellent customer service skills and able to work part of a team.
Essential qualifications in health and hygiene certificates and food safety.
40 hours a week including Saturday, must be flexible, reliable and hardworking.
