We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Clinical Application/Sales Specialist within the Infection Control market. This exciting role will be working across the East and West Midlands territory.

Key role and responsibilities for the
•Interact with customers regarding the training and education relating to the Company's products, and maintain general pre-sales and after-sales clinical support.
•The Clinical Application/ Sales Specialist will respond to customer enquiries covering training, education and clinical support.
•Assist customers in appropriate use of products, and investigate customer issues (if any).
•Maintain customer data bases as required.
•Maintain customer training and education records as required.
•Develop new, creative training tools as the market demands.

Minimum requirements for the
Minimum of 5 years application specialist experience within the Medical Device/ Healthcare sector.
Experienced in medical equipment clinical applications/ training/ education.
Direct knowledge of NHS and either Ultrasound or Infection Control specialities, preferred but not essential.
Understanding of Medical Equipment buying process/cycles.
