You should be an enthusiastic graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree and has the ability to easily develop relationships with pupils and teachers. You must possess a genuine passion for teaching and learning that will inspire your pupils to achieve their best. The school wants to recruit someone who has a character that motivates those around them and an unwavering dedication to becoming a teacher.

In this exciting Primary Teaching Assistant position, you will be working in different functions across the whole school. You will be considered crucial to pre-lesson preparation and your ideas will be vital for the development of new lessons plans and work schemes. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be guiding pupils 1:1 or in small groups through the curriculum and advancing your skills before teacher training by following an in-school CPD program. This is a school who pride themselves on providing high quality support and assistance to all teaching staff whilst still giving you enough creative freedom to deliver your lessons in your own unique style.
