We are recruiting for a Coordinator in the Solihull area.

As a Coordinator you will need to have:

* Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Ideally have understanding of the property valuations process
* Ideally have understanding of the surveyors role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional telephone manner

Details:

* Salary: Up to GBP17,000 depending on experience
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (Between the hours 8am-7pm)
* Location: Solihull
* Duration: Permanent

Role of a Coordinator:

* Monitor the surveyor databases to ensure requests and queries are actioned
* Book valuation appointments
* Deal with requests or enquiries that arise during the valuation process
* Ensure all valuations are processed within the service level agreement
* Assist surveyors to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to
* Ensure corporate subscriptions are kept up to date
* Assist other departments to ensure audit requirements are complied with
