Otis is seeking to recruit a talented and proven National Account Manager covering the Midlands / North and the surrounding region; you will be based from one of our regional offices in either the Midlands / North.

The primary purpose is to focus on key contract/account management of large 'bulk contract accounts, with the aim to grow Otis market share further. As a specialist Account Manager within the lift/escalator marketplace you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, as well as managing a small portfolio of existing, large accounts. You will work closely with the other teams to ensure that an accurate pipeline of future opportunities is recorded and that you are bidding on all construction opportunities to achieve the targeted conversion ratio.

You will be a talented and engaging National Account Manager / Sales Professional who preferably will have a proven track record of selling service packages / products within a technical industry. You will be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload. Key tasks will include developing a sales strategy, achieving sales targets, managing sales activity/ forecasts and developing new opportunities via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders. As this role will involve the account management/selling into large, key accounts then it is essential that the individual has experience of dealing with Director/Board Level contacts.
