The right candidate will be an enthusiastic graduate who has already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. You will have attributes that children will naturally want to aspire to and to be highly motivated by the desire to teach. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to inspire and enthuse their students with their motivational character. This vacancy is open to those who have an outgoing approach enabling them to quickly develop strong, lasting relationships with pupils and colleagues.

At this popular school, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be working in Upper Key Stage 2. You will have the responsibility of providing crucial support for lessons planning and preparation and leading 1:1 sessions and small student groups. You will be led by a visionary SENCO who will offer you plenty of support including 1 on 1 sessions where your progress will be evaluated and your skills developed. Extra-curricular activities are very popular here and you will be encouraged to play a role in some capacity.
