In this exciting Primary Teaching Assistant position, you will be moving across the whole of the Key Stage 1 phase which has 2 classes in each year group! You will be assisting whole classes with the delivery of the curriculum particularly in numeracy and literacy and you will be given pupils to work with on a 1:1 and small group basis. Booster sessions at this school are an effective means of raising attainment and you will get to lead them yourself supported by an experienced member of staff. The school have children from all ability, socially and cultural backgrounds and you will get a chance to work with all these pupils to enrich your experience and expand your skill set.
