They now seek a world class 'Manufacturing Operations Manager', to continue this excellent track record, in challenging technical scenarios, with frequently varying product types, while continually improving processes.

As a highly influential member of the senior management team, you will report to the Site Operations Director, responsible for over 300 manufacturing staff, over eleven production cells. Supplying parts and systems to global aerospace customers, manufactured to the highest standards, you and your team, you will maintain and improve the site's excellent 'OTIF' and quality performance.

By maintaining excellent customer contact, your insight will help ensure; standards, quality and on target delivery, across varying platforms and products.

As the ideal candidate, you are a highly experienced Manufacturing, Operations or Production Manager, with proven achievements within Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing. You will demonstrate superb man-management and communication skills, leading large multi-disciplinary teams to varying product specifications.

Experience of supporting continuous improvements and the use of best practice across; Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production and Planning is essential.
