You must be an energetic, graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and previous experience supporting children. You should have the capability to build bonds with both students and fellow members of staff and act as a role model to your students and fellow colleagues. You must have an enthusiastic approach to learning and a dedication to succeed in the role. The school wants to see graduates who have the ability to motivate other to achieve their very best.

In this Teaching Assistant position, you will be working in upper Key Stage 2 and you will have the chance to lead individual sessions, supporting maths with gifted and challenging pupils and help to run smaller 'booster' groups. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be allocating time in your schedule to help plan and run some of the school's extra-curricular activities.
