The ideal candidate will be a versatile and resilient graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to explain complex ideas through their clear communication style and motivate pupils.

As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will be participating in the creation of lessons that encourage independent learning amongst pupils. You will be working in the department that is your subject strength with a connection to the Inclusion Unit and you will be tasked with providing additional support to individual pupils or small groups to enable them to overcome barriers to learning and make or exceed expected levels of progress.
