An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a renowned organisation in Nottingham City Centre. This is a temporary 3 month assignment starting immediately. Job purpose: To be responsible for compiling and maintaining the College-wide database, and using it to produce management information as required. Duties to include; Collecting (including internet research), processing and input of all data with accuracy and efficiency, whilst minimising errors. Supporting the production of training manuals and promotional materials. Supporting the digitisation and filing of partnership agreements and assisting with content creation for a digital map and mobility opportunities.
