The key purpose of the role is to lead PPL PRS Ltd on Quality Assurance (customer-facing and internal) through developing the overall quality assurance strategy and coordinating its consistent execution throughout the business and its suppliers .To lead the joint venture company’s approach to continuous improvement and project management and as part of this acting as the MD’s trouble-shooter and to own the PPL PRS Ltd.’s risk management approach and plan. Key accountabilities You will work with the Commercial Director to develop the QA strategy, Operational Improvement and Change, MI and Quality Assurance and work with the Sales Coach and relevant team leads with responsibility for quality assurance to execute the QA strategy. To oversee the approach to QA calibration and you will work with the Sales Coach and Head of Learning & Development to feed QA learning into on-going development and training programme. You will act as an escalation point for Campaign Manager and Supplier Manager when dealing with QA issues with third party providers and report to the PPL PRS leadership team on QA matters. To engender a continuous improvement culture within PPL PRS joint venture. You will identify and execute operational improvements throughout the business and to develop and maintain a programme of continuous improvement activities and projects with clear goals, plans and returns on investment. You will work closely with the MI team to draw operational insight around business performance both proactively and in response to requests from the MD and the Commercial Director and to plan and oversee the execution of specific organisation-wide. You will develop and administer PPL PRS Ltd.’s risk management approach and to work with the management team to identify and mitigate risks to the joint venture’s successful operation on an on-going basis. Person The successful candidate will be passionate individual by nature who will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to make this a place of work where all colleagues feel included, rewarded and engaged in the business. You will work closely with other peers to ensure that the whole business is working together and achieving the best results great experience for our customers. Skills & experience The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a QA sales role or in a project management and process/systems role improvement projects. You will have a good analytical skill set and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with PowerPoint. You will have experience of working as a sales executive, applying consultative selling techniques and have hands on quality assurance experience (and experienced in QA tools such as ScoreBuddy) If you’re a determined individual who takes pleasure in providing quality customer service, solving problems and seeing projects through to completion, you’re probably the kind of person we need.
