A world class Manufacturing organisation, with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion, have an urgent requirement for a number of Operations Managers who will be accountable for the delivery of all Group Property operational activities within their. This is a fast paced environment, driven by high technology and an ever increasing international customer base. Role: The Operations Manager you will be required to undertake a wide spectrum of duties within the FM field with the main focus being the successful delivery of both Hard & Soft FM Services operational requirements across a number of key contracts. The jobholder will ensure that all site activities meet all internal and external legal, HSE, Letter of Assurance, fiscal and compliance requirements and that all corporate standards are understood and implemented appropriately, report any gaps. - Management of contractual budgets and P&L - Adhere and meet all contractual SLA & KPI's - Build lasting relationships with both clients and suppliers - Monitor SHEQ and Waste management - Attend contractual and client meetings as required - Enhance quality, performance and service across all contracts Experience: The successful applicant will have previously worked in the position of Facilities Manager ideally covering multi site operations, is comfortable leading a team including motivating and mentoring staff, whilst demonstrating strong communication skills and be confident building relationships with both internal and external clients. - Hard & Soft FM experience in a Multi-Site environment - Demonstrable experience of managing a large scale outsourced contract with a leading FM Services provider - Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers, including contract management and the operation of SLAs and KPIs - IOSH & MBIFM Knowledge - Proven leader with the ability to Inspire teams - Possess strong communication skills - Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
