Service Delivery Manger - IT Operations Solutions Provider £30K - 35K Car Allowance Bonus Nottingham My client, a leading Provider of IT Operations provider, require an experienced Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will managed the provision of Managed Service and Support Service for key customer accounts. Job Specification - Conduct regular Service Review meetings with key customers ensuring support and service is reviewed - Act as the primary interface with the customer, being responsible for all operational issues related to delivery of services - Provide performance statistics and reporting to customers - Experience of managing Profit and Loss accounts - Develop and manage Service Improvement Plans (SIP) - Develop and maintain a high level of working knowledge of each customer's IT organisation and infrastructure - Maintain a broad base of communication with key players in the customer's organisation. - Manage the SLA and OLAs - Review service proposals to ensure operational capability - Use service meetings to promote further commercial activity on the account - Proactively drive down cost within your area of responsibility Experience - Solid technical knowledge with IT Infrastructure technologies, - Experience of managing ITIL environments - Experience in a service delivery environment for a Managed Service Provider - Writing, negotiating, and managing Service Level Agreements - Working with Incident, Problem and Change Management processes - ITIL Certified and training to a minimum of v3 Foundation level.
