Software Sales Executive with ERP software or similar, Midlands
This progressive ERP software vendor offers excellent career prospects and earning potential for a Software Sales Executive / BDM who has proven success selling ERP (or similar) software solutions. They are looking for a dynamic and ambitious software sales person who can establish good contacts, build relationships with their clients and is hungry for success and progression. They offer a starting package of £35 -45k base salary, £5k car allowance and a double OTE of £70-90k uncapped. You might be selling ERP software at the moment, or you might be selling something similar such as Construction Software, DMS Software, Estimating Software, Property Management Software, Accounting Software, Workflow Management Software etc. They are looking for someone with professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, drive, commitment and a thirst for success. This company designs, develops, sells and implements their own business software solution which can be sold in the cloud or on premise. It is user friendly, flexible and configurable, aimed at 10 - 60 users and is developed in .Net with a SQL Server backend. They are growing rapidly and have recently signed two deals of over £250k with average deal sizes of £55-100k. They are looking for an additional Sales Executive to look after the West and East Midlands area, so you might be living anywhere from Leicester or Peterborough to Telford or Worcester. The role will be partly office based, partly home working and days out on client sites. Their software is fully modular and covers inventory control, accounting, sales, purchasing, warehousing, Epos, e-commerce, CRM and more. They are well respected in their vertical market and have been in business for over 15 years. You will have a lively and proactive tele-sales and marketing team helping to generate good leads so you can concentrate on client visits, face to face sales and doing the deals. You will be a skilled Software Sales Executive / BDM with strengths in new business sales and the ability to cover the full software sales cycle including giving excellent software demonstrations. You can source and research new clients, handle calls, establish interest, book discovery meetings, create your own sales proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate and close the sales. The Sales Director has a superb track record and is also a very nice guy. He is great at mentoring, training and coaching, but equally happy to let people work independently.
