INTERNAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Account Manager working within our award-winning Company.

What's on Offer?

Competitive Salary of GBP18,200 per annum plus monthly incentives/bonuses
Pension scheme.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

Looking after the Southern division from an internal perspective, updating account information for each distributor and sending them product information that they request
Constantly aiming to increase sales and the product portfolio within your accounts, by way of email or telephone

On occasion doing cold calling to increase sales into potential new distributors and resellers in your region.
Developing product portfolios to advise customers on new stock and availability and sending weekly reports to distributors such as stock availability
Processing sales orders, booking meetings for the regional sales managers and directors to meet with distributors and answering the phones

The Candidate:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Proven experience in customer service, sales or similar
Ideally a recognised qualification in Customer Service/Sales
Excellent professional communication skills both on the telephone and face to face
Proven experience at being able to build strong relationships with clients
Passion and enthusiasm to make things happen and have the courage to take measured risks
Computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint to an intermediate standard
Previous experience in a B2B environment is preferred
To be able to deliver results and exceed customer expectations

You'll be managing distributor accounts and regularly undergoing company training to keep you up to date on knowledge of the company's products. With plenty of career progression available, we are looking for someone with a drive for success.
