The role

Working within the Customer Operations team at our site in Thurmaston, our Customer Co-ordinators are essential to our aims and objectives. Capable of delivering top class Customer Service and with a passion and flare for dealing dynamically with a range of customers, you will work across the full spectrum of the Customer journey. From data input to responding to enquiry emails and talking to our customers on the phone, you will ensure every query is dealt with in a timely manner.
