We currently have an opportunity for a Reporting Administrator to join our dedicated Customer Services team and we really want to hear from you if; You have administration experience working with computerised records, and entering and manipulating data; You possess strong attention to detail skills with the ability to problem solve and identify trends; You have knowledge of managing budgets and invoices; You are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with experience of working in a customer service environment. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work as an integral part of the Customer Service team. Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, the main focus for this role will involve technical reporting and analysis of data. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support in relation to the Customer Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for all Customer Services administration queries and will provide data to the team as required. Your role will involve producing (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) reports and carrying out trend analysis on current data. The successful candidate will be responsible for short and long term resource forecasting and providing support in relation to new starter inductions. You will produce KPI's on a weekly basis and use the Avaya system to make recommendations to management on real time staffing. This role will require you to be proficient in invoice processing and budget management, along with data entry accuracy for all systems and databases used. This is a challenging role which requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. The successful candidate will be customer focused with a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent). You will be a strong team player and display a positive 'can do' attitude with drive and enthusiasm. You will have previous experience of working in a customer driven environment and using a CRM system to manage your workload. You will need to be passionate about customer services and be able to maintain effective relationships in order to contribute to the success of the team.
