ERP Software Sales Executive, Mid-Market ERP Solution £30-50k OTE £60-100k This new business sales role is focused on selling an ERP product which is a functionally rich ERP solution for the small to mid-market. It sells especially well in the mid-market sector and covers multi-currency accounting (GL, AP, AR), manufacturing, supply chain, asset management, distribution, BI, job costing, bill of materials, expense management, sales and HR. It was designed as a new generation of ERP product (cloud and on premise) and from a user perspective it is much richer with amazing reporting and dashboarding functions. Plus the reporting is superb. So, companies often buy it because it does the ERP bit very well, but all the reporting is already available. The company are looking for a new business Sales Executive with proven ERP (or similar) software sales expertise to join their small team of 14. The role would suit a Software Sales Executive with a couple of years' experience looking to grow their knowledge (base salary around £30-35k with double OTE) up to a very experienced software sales person (base salary to £50k with an OTE 0f £100k) - plus a £5k p.a. car allowance. They work a wide variety of verticals including field service, engineering, construction, wholesalers, charities, energy, manufacturing and professional services companies. A typical deal is £100k, £50k in licenses and £50k in services. Target is £500k of GP. The commission is staggered so at the beginning of the year you start on 2%, then you go up to 10% and the top rate is 20% commission on GP. The potential to make really good commission is quite dramatic. They will happily consider Software Sales Execs early on in their career as the Sales director is very hands on and enjoys the mentoring and coaching aspects of his work. Or just as happy to look at a more experienced salesman with a strong track record in ERP solution sales. This company is very sales focused; both the MD and the Sales Director are from a sales background themselves, so you will find the company very sales positive. Whatever you need to close deals they will try to give it to you and people enjoy working here. They are the most experienced Partner in the UK for this particular ERP solution and have their own development team who can customise the solution to fit the clients' needs. This role is to sell to clients in the Midlands area, so you could live anywhere from Bedford, to Nottingham up to Sheffield or further; their head office is in the East Midlands. They will supply you with leads but they also expect you to do 5 lead generation calls per day to generate some of your own leads. So they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, communicative, persuasive and driven with a consultative selling technique and staying power. You will have sold software solutions such as Dynamics NAV, Epicor, Sage 200, Pinewood, Access Dimensions, SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, Greentree, Kerridge, COINS, ADP, Protean, PS Financials, Infor, Tramps, InspHire, JobShop or anything similar.
