You must be based within 1 hour of East Midlands. Package £50,000 - £60,000 basic Bonus paid yearly extra holiday incentives Car allowance 20 days holiday rising to 23 days 8 bank holidays Pension Additional tools for the job The role - Managing a small team within the furniture department - providing training and ongoing support to the team - Maintaining a broad knowledge of office interiors at all times communicating this with clients to offer a turnkey solution - Understand the clients project brief and being able to offer suggestions and ideas on the best suited furniture products - Absorbing the brief and overseeing the project from start to finish, working closely with design, sales and estimating teams - Managing a network of relationships with leading furniture manufacturers to maintain a good knowledge of their products and brand - Attending meetings across the UK and carrying out presentations to clients - Acting as the professional front for the company and the furniture department - Working closely with the procurement direct to negotiate best pricing - Responsible for overseeing 4-5 projects at one time Requirements - It is essential that you have a broad knowledge of the furniture industry and understand the key trends - Looking for someone from a Furniture Dealer or Fit Out background so that they have experience working with a wide range of furniture manufacturers - Proven track record in the furniture market with experience working on office interior projects - Experienced carrying out presentations - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Experienced managing, training and developing a small team of sales people - Confident communicator who is well networked within the industry - Outgoing and friendly professional who is a team player - Experience working in a hands on role offering turnkey solutions to client Must have UK driving license as the role requires UK wide travel daily Must be able to be at the head office for 8am as and when required Does the client tick all your boxes?
