Business Development Manager Print Leicester £28,000 - £35,000 Bonus & Car / Allowance My client are a Leicester based print and postal services provider that offers end-to-end solutions for critical document outsourcing. They have an evergrowing client base that encompasses many Blue-Chip and FTSE 100 businesses. This is a Business Development position and your role will include developing a sales pipeline and secure new Print Management clients. Travel to client sites will be expected. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY - Research and lead generation - Lead qualification in line with sales strategy - qualification criteria for each service line to be confirmed. - Arrange meetings with qualified prospects - Tender identification and qualification - Manage the tender process and assist with tender document preparation - Analysis of Pipeline - provide reports on number of additions and removals - Weekly and monthly reporting - Business and Industry Knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES - Build relationships with prospects to enable my client to have the best opportunity of securing new business. - Researching and identifying prospects to agreed criteria for Print Management opportunities - Understand key metrics for validation in each business area - Maintain the pipeline tool ensuring the accuracy of the information contained therein. - Meet agreed KPI measures in terms of calls and appointments - Ensure that reports and proposals are professionally written and proofed, following all relevant company guidelines. Business and Industry Knowledge - Have a full understanding of Print and confident to propose printed format solutions. - To be conversant and keep up to date with all capabilities and understand the features and benefits of all products and services (namely Print Management & Post) to successfully promote to customers.
