About the Company: Our client is a well-established company based in Kirk Langley, and they are looking for 4 temporary database administrators to join their team to support on a 3 month project. The role will be to supporting the cleansing of the company's database, on a full-time basis. Candidates should be immediately available for temporary work. Duties: - Making up to 100 calls a day to existing clients & contacts. - Obtaining and updating addresses, email address, telephone numbers and contact names. - Data entry - Transferring information - General administrative duties Please note this is not a sales based role, purely gaining company information. About you: The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills, a good telephone manner and be computer literate. Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and have a good use of initiative. Candidates will have previous customer service/sales/administration experience preferably from a call centre environment. What's in it for you? This a full-time position with flexibility to also work from home. Standard working hours are: Mon-Thurs (8:00am - 4:30pm with half an hour for lunch) & Fri (8:00am -3:30pm).
