The Customer Service Advisor will be key to the team's success, providing exceptional customer support in a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing company, which offers excellent benefits including regular social events and competitive performance related bonuses.
You must have strong customer service and administration skills, a degree is desirable but not necessary to be successful, as well as an experience of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a very busy role and the ability to stay calm under pressure is key, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and communicate with customers face to face on a daily basis.

Customer Service Advisor Role:
This is a key role within the company focussed on proactively generating new business leads to obtain customer retention for our client. This fast-paced role will utilize your skills in face to face communication along with your keen attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Completing allocated tasks in connection with customer purchases.
Work towards industry targets and qualifications within a predetermined time scale.
sales management - consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Continuously challenging the ways in which our client does things to improve their sales and customer service strategies, minor or major you'll be a major force in driving continuous change and improvement.
Customer service oriented and agile personality
Well organised and detail oriented
High School degree or higher
Fluent in English
Strong face to face contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to priorities and adapt to different characters
