We are seeking a motivated graduate who has a second-class degree at the very least and experience working with primary aged children in some capacity. You should have a 'can do attitude' and be prepared to get involved in after school clubs and a natural ability to motivate others. You should be able to exhibit a legitimate passion for education and build last and valued professional relationships.

At this popular school, as a Teaching Assistant you will be working across Key Stage 2. Your duties will include helping with the pre-class preparation, as well as updating old lesson plans and coming up with new and exciting activities. You will have the responsibility of aiding the class teacher by taking low or high ability children away from mainstream lessons for a while in booster groups and 1:1 sessions. You will be led by a visionary SENCO who will offer you plenty of support including 1 on 1 sessions where your progress will be evaluated and your skills developed. Extra-curricular activities are very popular here and you will be encouraged to play a role in some capacity.
