Our Client, a prestigious Financial Services Organisation based in Central Leicester is looking to recruit for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their expanding team!

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to undertake all aspects of administration of a portfolio of SSAS and/or SIPP clients. You will work in an experienced and supportive team under the guidance of the SIPP Manager, where you will be able to increase your understanding of the Financial Services sector.

- Communicating with clients, financial advisors, solicitors, accountants, H M Revenue & Customs, fund managers, insurance companies and other professional connections by letter, telephone, e-mail and fax.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of current pension legislation
- Use of OMNI administration system and/or SSAS administration reports as applicable.
- Establish new schemes, and handling Cancellation notices and waiver forms, Anti money laundering documentation (individual & corporate) and Trust Deeds
- Transfering in from other pension schemes (protected and non protected rights)
- Takeover of Scheme From Another Trustee/Administrator (SSAS)
- Generating invoice requests and assisting accounts with fee collection where necessary
- Share of Fund calculations and records (group SIPP & SSAS)
- Handling retirement benefit calculations, Death benefit calculations, Lifetime allowance checks, Payment of pensions, Pension reviews and Annuity purchase

- Previous experience working as a Pensions Administrator within the Financial Services Industry
- Hard-working and willing to learn
- Excellent communication and administrative experience
