Office Admin / PA
Office administrator and directors assistant required for unique business located in Coventry.
Tasks will include but will not be limited to the following:
- General running of office
- Call taking / booking jobs / liaising with customers and staff
- Assisting the company director where required
- Managing customer base
- Invoicing / general office admin
- Computer skills required
- Site visits and arranging jobs
Full drivers licence is required. Must be punctual and trustworthy.
We operate in a unique market, a meeting must be arranged to have a full understanding of the business.
